Shakti Immersions
Where art, yoga, and nature synergize.
Shakti Sankalpa Immersions are transformative experiences designed to reconnect you to your creative essence through yoga, Ayurveda, art, and the natural world. Rooted in the elements and inspired by the rhythms of the earth, each immersion invites you to explore the dance between structure and flow, grounding in ancient wisdom while awakening your intuitive expression.
What makes these immersions unique is their integration of movement, creativity, and culture. Through guided practices, art workshops, Ayurvedic learning, and elemental rituals, participants are supported in both personal transformation and professional growth, with Continuing Education hours available for yoga teachers.
Set in stunning natural locations, each Shakti Sankalpa Immersion is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with community, and experience the beauty of self-discovery through embodied learning and creative living.
Elemental Rebirth Immersion
Elemental Rebirth Immersion
A Women’s Art and Yoga Immersion
March 12–18, 2026 | Chirripo, Costa Rica
Rebirth through nature, art, and embodied connection.
Join us for our Elemental Rebirth Immersion, a women’s immersion designed to reconnect you to the rhythm of nature and the flow of your own creative energy. Indigenous Cabécar peoples have long inhabited this region; the name “Chirripó” is understood to mean “land of eternal waters.” Nestled between the lush mountains and the Pacific coastline of Costa Rica, this 7-day experience blends yoga, art, ayurveda, and ritual to awaken the elements within.
Guided by the wisdom of Shakti (creative impulse) and inspired by the forces of the elements, each day offers a balance of grounding practices, creative exploration, and connection. Together, we’ll move, paint, dance, and connect, releasing what no longer serves to make space for what’s ready to emerge.

Our Sanctuary in the Mountains
Heaven & Earth Sanctuary — Chirripó, Costa Rica
Cradled between cascading rivers and the towering peaks of the Talamanca mountains, Heaven & Earth Sanctuary offers a space where stillness and vitality harmonize. Here, the elements come alive, mist rising through the forest, the hum of river water below, the scent of rain and earth in the air.
Our retreat home was designed as a bridge between comfort and wildness. Guests stay in beautifully crafted villas surrounded by lush gardens, each space blending natural textures with quiet luxury. Airy rooms with mountain views, open-air showers, and locally made products invite you to unwind while staying close to nature’s rhythm.
The yoga and art shalas open fully to the landscape — wooden floors, soft light, and mountain breezes creating the perfect environment for practice, ceremony, and creative exploration. Across the grounds, you’ll find sacred spaces for reflection, garden paths lined with tropical flowers, and cozy gathering nooks for tea, music, and conversation.
Meals are lovingly prepared using local, organic ingredients rooted in Ayurvedic principles, vibrant, nourishing, and designed to balance the elements within. Between sessions, you might wander to the river for a cold plunge, rest in a hammock, or watch the clouds roll across the valley.
Every detail of Heaven & Earth Sanctuary is curated to support your immersion into nature, art, and self, a place where heaven meets earth, and you meet yourself anew.
The Red Serpent Temple incorporates natural elements such as three large stones, drawing in the life force. This will be our Art Room.
The Yoni garden was built in honor of the divine feminine and in this garden The God and the Goddess come together as one.
The Yoga Pagoda is a large wooden, open-air covered space overlooking the river. Perfect space for yoga, meditation, class, and ceremonies.
Rooms & Accommodations
Our retreat home at Heaven & Earth Sanctuary offers simplicity, comfort, and connection in equal measure. Each room is designed to harmonize with the surrounding landscape, open-air architecture invites in mountain breezes, birdsong, and the gentle hum of the nearby river.
Guests are housed in shared villas featuring single beds, thoughtfully arranged for rest. Rooms include outlets for charging, natural lighting, and cozy touches that make you feel at home while immersed in nature.
Shared bathrooms are clean, inviting, and naturally ventilated, allowing the fresh air and sounds of the forest to flow through. Water is sourced from the local mountain spring, keeping you closely connected to the elements throughout your stay.
To honor the land and its ecosystem, we recommend bringing all-natural, biodegradable soaps and personal care items. Our shared intention is to leave the environment as pristine as we find it, nourished by our presence, not impacted by it.
Accommodations are on a first come first serve basis, limited spots available. Rooms are shared or can be booked privately for a higher rate upon request. All rooms include wifi and do not have A/C. Chirripo is a cooler environment with less bugs compared to areas closer to the beach. Nights are quite comfortable for sleeping.
