Vinita Mundluru
Yoga Teacher & Trainer • Bharatanaytam Dancer • Ayurvedic Practitioner
A first-generation Indo-American based in Colorado, Vinita is an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and founder of Kutuhala Yoga Shala & School and Kali Prana Yoga & Ayurveda. Her work bridges yoga, ayurveda, and classical Indian dance, honoring her cultural roots while evolving these timeless sciences through creative embodiment.
A lifelong Bharatanatyam dancer and recent competitive bodybuilder, Vinita brings over 20 years of movement experience to her teaching. Her classes weave mythology, history, and culture into storytelling sequences that merge art and anatomy. Drawing from Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, and Restorative styles, she creates intuitive, expressive flows where mudras, Sanskrit, mantras, poetry, and philosophy come alive through movement. Each class is a living canvas, inviting experimentation, play, and the discovery of shapes you may have never known you could create.
As an Ayurvedic practitioner, Vinita guides others toward harmony through seasonal living, daily ritual, and the remembrance of inner balance. Her approach is poetic yet practical, blending ancient wisdom with a grounded understanding of modern life.
Beyond the mat, she curates immersive trainings, retreats, and community spaces that foster transformation, creativity, and connection. Her work is an offering to the divine mother within all beings, a return to wholeness through truth, beauty, and embodied practice.

Shannon Miguela
Visionary Artist • Creative Facilitator • Yoga & Art Teacher
Shannon is a visionary artist whose work explores the meeting point between the seen and unseen, a celebration of the harmony between human experience, the natural world, and the divine feminine. Through her art, she seeks to awaken the inner dialogue between spirit and form, guiding others to connect with their own creative life force.
Her practice is both a meditation and a mirror, expressing the surreal subconscious and the sacred within the everyday. As a studio artist, live painter, and teacher, Shannon lives her craft fully, translating emotion, intuition, and energy into color, shape, and story.
For Shannon, painting is soul language, each brushstroke a mantra, each creation a step toward greater understanding. Working primarily in acrylic and oil on canvas, her work ranges from intimate pieces to large-scale murals that bring visionary landscapes to life.

Kiana Ochoa
Yoga Teacher • DJ • Creative Facilitator
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Kiana is a 500HR E-RYT and YACEP yoga teacher whose work bridges the worlds of movement, music, and mindfulness. Her practice began after years in competitive sports, evolving from physical discipline into a path of embodied connection and creative flow.
Rooted in the Sri Vidya Himalayan tradition, Kiana’s teachings draw from the Vinyasa Krama system, a progressive, intentional approach to sequencing that blends philosophy, functional movement, and somatic awareness. Her classes are rhythmic and grounded.
Beyond asana, Kiana creates restorative sound experiences and DJ-led movement journeys that invite presence, release, and self-expression. Whether guiding a flow, a dance floor, or a sound immersion, she holds space for transformation through rhythm and resonance.
A community builder at heart, Kiana has helped open and grow yoga studios, lead teams, and curate experiences that bring people together through art, movement, and music. When she’s not teaching or behind the decks, you’ll find her capturing moments through photography, art, or grounding in nature.
